I was born and raised in Lake Charles, LA, off of I-10 between Houston and New Orleans. My blog is a mashup of life experiences and lessons learned from family and friends. My "sheroes" are Mother Theresa and Soujourner Truth. My pastimes are chauffeuring my kids around, drinking my coffee on the porch, and coaxing my greenery into staying green. I am a non-profit professional, a mom of three and two extras, and a freelance dabbler. Lucky No. 2 is my opportunity to touch others with words, humor and love.
